Welcome to the new 356labs
It's been 8 years since we started 356labs. And for all of these years, we achieved a lot - from working for some of the top brands in the world to putting the presentation industry on the map with Present to Succeed Conference. The event that gathered more than 8300 people from 50+ countries. And all of that - for just 3 years.
Along the way, however, we lost touch with who we are as a brand.
Today, we are changing everything. Our focus. Our brand. Our website. And we invite you to take a look!

    The interview started well--to know your audience and then tailor your speech to them. From there, it became a downhill ride to the south--too wordy. John should lead the direction and pain the masterpiece in less than 10 minutes instead of wandering about in the forest aimlessly.

    @356labs Perhaps it's because I've been watching The Behavior Panel, I must say, having Chase speaking and his words on the screen is crazy! Why on earth would you do such a thing if you know Mark Bowden's podcast work or as Chase was saying that our attention span today is one, ONE MINUTE, so we are suppose either listen or read at the same time. Sorry, 11:15 and I'm done. Some people might be able to do this though imo this is an overload even though the audio & visual are the same. I have to say it's terrible, maybe I'm spoiled by the panel & also just got through LISTENING to Mark & Chase's podcast. Please study thise people. Or you won't get subscribers, look 720 over a two year period. Maybe you've changed to do some other type of topic or style.

    I feel like this was as much of a self publication as it was an interview. Good but I feel as an interviewer you could have utilised the time with Chase much better, he has so much to offer and teach to others that potentially an opportunity was missed in getting more out of this. You can always tell your story at another point but Chase may only every do an interview once. I did still enjoy this so this isn’t meant to be overly critical

    Hello all, and Boris. I see many people being rather harsh in their critique of Boris. If you want to see what Chase said, you can click the little down arrow next to the title under the video. Scroll down and you can find the large blue link that says TRANSCRIPT. You can speed-read thru that and get lots of value. Personally Boris, you sound to me like a (possibly) younger person, a bit over excited 😇, and speaking a second language. I think all you need to do is ask your question ... then let Chase (or whoever) answer as long as they want. If you want to interrupt, scribble some quick notes down and ask him after he finishes his sentence. If something is confusing, and you are wanting to say "correct me if I'm wrong ...", maybe instead say "Can you give me an example of that?" Or even "Can you expand a little more on that?" People have been kind of "mean" to you in the comments. I think you are just naturally excited about your company's success and to have a great guest with you. Remember what Chase said (in one of his videos) about confidence: [I paraphrase] "A confident person is 1.) very comfortable, relaxed and has a lack of inhibition. 2.) And ... a confident person moves and speaks slowly. (Fast hurried movement and/or speaking may come across as fear or insecurity.)" Anyway, I offer this feedback with sincerity ... because you said you were interested in genuine feedback, and also I received GREAT VALUE from this discussion. I liked your questions. And I thank you for this very informative interview. 🙏

      @356labs Год назад

      And still, we could have done this one way better. I am sure that if we end up having Chase again, it will be a very, very different one! Thanks for the kind words. Very few of those here but we knew what we were getting into! :)

    Boris and Chase ... I loved the idea of looking at LinkedIn to see what sort of praise a person gives (and therefore reveals what THEY would like to receive). I wonder if you use some of the specialized software that Police and Employers use. It has been several years, but I saw many articles about Employers and Police using software that "scrapes" your Social Media. ["Scrape", is what some IT people use as the word to mean that it automatically goes thru all your data and produces a report.] For example, several employers used this software to search for mentions of words like "cocaine", "drugs", "gun(s)" and other words they deemed worthy of a second look. Most Employers said they would not hire someone who even so much as joked about such things ... as they thought that person would have bad judgment. Things have changed in the last few years. But I am still curious, Boris, if you use such software. And Chase too, in case he sees this.

    Perhaps the interviewer feels anxious about speaking with a prominent specialist in behavior profiling, and here is where his need to relate his own experience comes into play, resulting in irritating or confirmation comments. I'm curious,about what prompted his lack of confidence or anxiousness. I just got to hear part of this interview, but I'm fascinated to hear what ever it is Chase has to say. I just couldn't handle the interruptions.

    I've listened to so many interviews with Chase... but this one I exited.. maybe ten minutes in. The interviewer hopefully by now mutes themselves when the other person is talking, and has practiced not making so much noise or interrupting the person so much. It seemed like he was more interested in proving how much he understood and already knew. .
